Participation Fees
In Person (Includes voting rights and access to all sessions)
Early Bird (book by 16 August)
Standard: 3 days £80, 1 day £30
Lower Income: 3 days £50, 1 day £20
From 17 August until close of bookings on 31 August
Standard: 3 days £95, 1 day £35
Lower Income: 3 days £65, 1 day £25
Online* (Includes voting rights, Workshops/Plenaries only)
No early bird. Online fees as below apply until close of bookings on 31 August
Standard: 3 days £40, 1 day £15
Lower Income: 3 days £25, 1 day £10
*Please note that this year online participation does not extend to other Conference sessions such as fringes, panels, socials etc, and the fees for online participation have been reduced accordingly.
Notes
Standard fees vs lower income
We deliberately do not give a definition of lower income as there are many factors to consider, e.g. household income vs personal, outgoings, dependents, etc. Please therefore select the fee category you feel is most appropriate for your circumstances.
However, as both the average and the median income in the UK is very approximately £35k you could take this as a rough guide.
Access Fund
Members who would struggle to cover the costs of participation can apply to the Access Fund for support.
Refund policy
Please note that although we are able to refund registration fees if you are unable to attend conference, there will be a charge of 10% of the fees paid to cover admin time and bank charges. All refunds will be processed after Conference has taken place.
To apply for a refund please email conference@greenparty.org.uk stating the reason you were unable to attend.
