Voting at Conference

In person, at the venue
You will be issued with your own personal voting cards – different colours for each day – in your conference folder. Please look after them as they can’t be replaced if you lose them.

Online, remote attendance
We will be using the Mi-Voice voting app at this Conference. This is a voting app which you download directly in Zoom. We recommend that you download it in advance by following these instructions:
1. Open the desktop version of zoom (not the web version)
2. Go to ‘Apps’ in the menu at the top of the screen and search for ‘Mi-Voice’ using the search bar top left
3. When the app comes up, click Get, then click Add and follow the instructions re allowing the app access.
Video instructions for downloading the app

On Tuesday 3 September, you will be sent a Unique Voter ID. This will be sent to the email you used to register for Conference.
Of course, if you are joining online from home you will need a good wi-fi connection and a reasonably up to date PC or laptop, or tablet or phone. Read more here about the minimum requirements for a good online experience.

Online, at the venue
Some members have opted in to a trial online voting at the venue. They will be using the same app as online attendees, Mi-Voice, on a device such as a smart phone or a tablet.
